Our Lunch Program

Join us for a hot, nutritious lunch served Monday through Friday from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM. We’re committed to providing fresh, balanced meals that keep you energized and satisfied.

Affordable & Delicious:

  • Your first meal is just $3

  • Additional meals are available for $5 each

  • Fresh salads range from $1 to $5

Home Delivered Meal Program

The Nacogdoches Senior Center provides nutritious meals to homebound seniors in Nacogdoches and Panola Counties.

Program Highlights:

  • Delivery Schedule: Monday through Friday

  • Meals Provided: 5 meals delivered weekly

  • Impact: Over 1500 meals delivered each week

Our drivers do more than deliver meals, they provide a friendly face and a safety check for seniors who may have limited outside contact.

Our exercise room features treadmills, recumbent bikes, and an elliptical machine for daily workouts.

A gentle, low‑impact practice that blends movement, breathing, and mindfulness to improve flexibility, strength, and balance while calming the mind. Chair modifications are available; please bring a yoga mat.

Every Monday and Wednesday from 2–2:45 p.m., our Functional Fitness class helps build strength, mobility, and coordination through low‑impact movements that mirror everyday activities. This total‑body workout is designed to support independence and is suitable for most fitness levels.

Tai Chi is a gentle, low‑impact practice using slow, focused movements and deep breathing.

It helps improve balance, coordination, and mental focus while putting minimal stress on joints, making it suitable for all fitness levels.
