Do you need to kick up your cardio? Are you trying to maintain healthy bone mass or prevent muscle loss? Whatever your fitness goals, the Nacogdoches Senior Center has an exercise class for you. Line Dancing is lively aerobic fun, yoga and Functional Fitness are a bit more relaxing, and Tai Chi is known for fluid movements that promote good health and balance. If you just want to get that work out crossed off your list, visit our fitness room with treadmills and other exercise equipment or hit the walking track.
