Line Dancing is lively aerobic fun, yoga and Functional Fitness are a bit more relaxing, and Tai Chi is known for fluid movements that promote good health and balance. If you just want to get that work out crossed off your list, visit our fitness room with treadmills and other exercise equipment or hit the walking track.
